I'm trying to figure out whether it's more effective to take fluconazole once a week at 150 mg or daily at 50 mg. Also, is oral terbinafine a better option than fluconazole? What are your thoughts?

If you're treating vaginal yeast infections or oral thrush, fluconazole (either 150 mg once a week or 50 mg daily) would likely be a better choice. If you're dealing with skin or nail infections caused by dermatophytes (e.g., athlete's foot, ringworm, or fungal nail infections), terbinafine would likely be the more effective option. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider to determine the best course of treatment based on your specific condition

View allI've been noticing a white layer forming on the head of my penis, and it feels pretty dry under the foreskin. When I try to pull the skin back, it sticks a bit. A few months ago, I was treated for a fungal infection, and I thought it had cleared up, but now I'm not so sure. Could this be a sign that I have diabetes?
You may be experiencing a recurrence of a fungal infection. You can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day for 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. As for diabetes, the presence of a fungal infection does not necessarily mean you have diabetes, but it is always a good idea to get your blood sugar levels checked by a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions.

I tried using Veet hair removal cream and accidentally got a burn near my genital area. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm not sure what to do to help it heal. Can you suggest any treatments or over-the-counter medicines that might help soothe the pain and irritation? I'm pretty worried about it.
Kozicare cream is advised.Side-effects include itching and hypersensitivity reactions

Am currently using Mintop USP2. Do you think it's okay if I start using Keto AZ shampoo as well? Are there any side effects I should be aware of?
