I'm experiencing something strange with my nose. There's this yellow runny liquid coming out, and it kind of looks like urine but it isn't the usual nasal discharge. I've just recently gotten over a cold about 23 days ago, so I'm not sure if it's related. It feels similar to when you have a nosebleed but without any blood. It's been happening for about a day now, just in small drips. I'm really confused and would appreciate some advice on what might be going on. Any thoughts?

This can sometimes be mistaken for urine due to its color and consistency. CSF rhinorrhea can occur after a head injury or surgery, but in some cases, it can also happen spontaneously. In your case, since you mentioned having a cold recently, it is possible that the increased pressure from coughing or sneezing during the cold may have caused a small tear in the tissue surrounding your brain and spinal cord, leading to the leakage of clear fluid. I recommend you see a doctor as soon as possible for further evaluation and management. In the meantime, it is important to avoid blowing your nose forcefully and to keep your head elevated to potentially reduce the leakage.

I've been dealing with a throat infection for like 45 days now, and I had shivering on that very first day. Ever since then, I've had a 102 fever constantly. I've tried medications like Combiflam and Ronemox 500. The fever's finally calming down, but my throat is still really bothering me, especially when I swallow anything. It's pretty painful. Any idea what's going on or what else I can do?

I've been noticing a bit of blood when I spit in the mornings, but it's not a regular thing and it isn't accompanied by any coughing. An ENT specialist mentioned it might be due to dryness. I'm also dealing with a mild fatty liver, but otherwise, I've been feeling okay. I'm in my 30s and just curious if there's anything else I should be considering or doing about this?

Yes as your doctor said that could be because of dryness or you might be having Dns or so..visit your ENT doctor for evaluation otherwise as the quantity is negligibke you can forget about it,stay hydrated.

I'm trying to figure out which nasal spray to use for my chronic sinusitis. I have Otrivin nasal drops from my doctor, but I've also got fluticasone nasal spray IP and Nasoclear at home. Could you help me figure out which one might be the best option?
