I'm trying to figure out which nasal spray to use for my chronic sinusitis. I have Otrivin nasal drops from my doctor, but I've also got fluticasone nasal spray IP and Nasoclear at home. Could you help me figure out which one might be the best option?

I've been dealing with a sore throat off and on for about 1.5 to 2 months now. Sometimes, it lasts for about 4 to 5 days with cold and fever happening every couple of weeks.
