I'm trying to figure out which nasal spray to use for my chronic sinusitis. I have Otrivin nasal drops from my doctor, but I've also got fluticasone nasal spray IP and Nasoclear at home. Could you help me figure out which one might be the best option?

I've had this small lump on my neck for like 10 months now. I saw an ENT doc who said it's nothing to worry about. He did mention something about surgery, either now or later. My friend's dad had a similar lump, and their doctor insisted on surgery which cost them around 1 lac. Should I be worried about this lump even though there's no pain?

Yours might be a different scenario,do not worry but as your doctor suggested better to get it removed, follow their advice

I've been dealing with a sore throat off and on for about 1.5 to 2 months now. Sometimes, it lasts for about 4 to 5 days with cold and fever happening every couple of weeks. I'm trying to manage it by gargling hot water regularly and I've avoided cold drinks and ice creams during this time. Can you offer any advice or suggest what might be going on?

Your recurring sore throat, accompanied by cold and fever, could be due to a lingering viral or bacterial infection, allergies, or environmental factors, and despite your efforts to manage symptoms, consider consulting an ENT specialist for a thorough examination, and potentially, a throat swab or blood tests to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics, antivirals, or anti-allergic medications.
