I'm trying to figure out which nasal spray to use for my chronic sinusitis. I have Otrivin nasal drops from my doctor, but I've also got fluticasone nasal spray IP and Nasoclear at home. Could you help me figure out which one might be the best option?

I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery four days ago and I'm not sure what foods are best for healing right now. What kind of diet should I follow to recover faster and avoid any complications? Are there specific foods that help with swelling or that I should stay away from?
Post surgery 1-2 days clear liquids,soft diet and good hydration.First weeek beans,eggs,meat ,fruits and vegetables.Avoid alcohol,smoking and caffeine is advised to the patient.
