I'm trying to figure out which nasal spray to use for my chronic sinusitis. I have Otrivin nasal drops from my doctor, but I've also got fluticasone nasal spray IP and Nasoclear at home. Could you help me figure out which one might be the best option?

I'm really concerned because I've had this persistent cough for the past two months, and it just won't go away. I've tried taking Azithromycin, Rapitus, Eofil Tablet, and Ambrolite D syrup, but nothing seems to help. Could you help me figure out what might be going on or suggest what I should do next?
