I've been getting this ear pain and a ringing sound after I use my phone for like five minutes. It's kind of worrying me. Do you know what's causing this?

View allI'm really concerned because I've had tonsillitis for three weeks now and it just won't go away. I've been on antibiotics for ten days but haven't seen any improvement. Could this be a bacterial or viral infection? Also, I can't help but worry if this could be a sign of early HIV ARS. I don't have any other symptoms, just swollen tonsils with white spots. What could be going on?
no need to worry it's not related HIV, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
