I've been dealing with this annoying ear blockage for the past couple of days and started using some clear wax ear drops to help out. Now, whenever I pull down my earlobe, I hear a pop and I can hear better, which is kind of weird but also a relief. Do you think I should keep using these ear drops, or is there another way I should try to clear things up? I'm just a bit concerned about whether this popping is normal and if I'm handling this correctly.

Our ENT specialist did a fine needle test and the microscopy report says there's no sign of cassation granuloma or malignancy. They mentioned something about a reactive lymphoid aspirate and advised excision if there's clinical suspicion for Koch's. Can you help explain what all this means? We also tried two weeks of antibiotics and the swelling seems to be getting smaller. I'm trying to understand if we should still be concerned.

I had throat pain a few days ago, and though that's gotten better, I've started having this cough. Also, I noticed a small flap-like skin beneath my tongue, deep in my throat. I think it's my epiglottis. Is it normal to be able to see the epiglottis? I don't seem to have any other symptoms but just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about.
That could be chronic pharyngitis,no need to worry visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment,consume warm foods and do salt water gargling for a better result.

I have a deviated nasal septum and need septoplasty surgery but I'm really anxious about nasal packing since I can't breathe through my mouth. Are there any surgeons in Delhi who perform this without packing?
Yes ,surgery is done on opd basis .Fe complications like pain,bleeding and infection may occur during the surgery.Septoplasty is the gold standard procedure for DNS.
