I'm trying to figure out which ointment would be better for bed sore wounds. Between t baat and safromycin, which one might work faster or provide more relief? I'm a bit worried since I want to make sure Im using the right treatment. Do you have any advice on this?

My grandmother has a small wet wound near her hip, and I think it might be a pressure sore since she can only sleep in one position after her hip replacement surgery three years ago. What kind of medication or topical cream can we use for this? Also, should we do any special dressing? She's not very mobile, so taking her to a doctor is difficult right now.
yes advised.
