I'm trying to figure out which Vitamin C would be best for me to use on my melasma. I want something that can be applied topically or taken orally before using sunscreen. I've heard it might help protect against sun damage, but I'm a bit lost on which kind might work best. Can you offer some advice?

I've been using mintop for the past 30 days and haven't noticed any side effects so far. I'm thinking about continuing it for another 3 months, but I'm a bit worried about any long-term effects. Is there anything I should be aware of when using mintop 10 foam for an extended period?

I'm really worried about my wife. She's had a couple of UTIs in the last three months, and out of nowhere, her acne has gone from moderate to really severe. On top of that, she's dealing with arthritis. Her menstrual cycle is about 32 days, but her periods only last for 2 or 3 days. Any idea what could be going on, and could you suggest any treatments?
