My herpes report came back negative, which is great, but I'm a bit confused about something. My IgM level is 0.1 and my IgG level is 0.4, not at zero. What could these levels mean? Should I be concerned about these results even though the test is negative?

I've been dealing with oily skin and acne for a while now, and it always seems to leave scars behind. On top of that, I had pox a couple of years ago, and that also left scars. I'm really hoping to find a way to get rid of these scars. What can I do?

For acne and pox scars, consider using a gentle exfoliating routine with salicylic acid, and incorporate products containing vitamin C and retinoids to help fade scars. If the scars persist, a consultation with a dermatologist for treatments like chemical peels or microneedling might be beneficial.
