I'm trying to find the best skin lightening cream because I'm getting married in two months and the ones I've tried like declipse go light beluma cutiyt haven't really worked for me. I'm really concerned about these red rings that keep appearing under my thighs. They seem to go away when I use the cream, but as soon as I stop, they come back.
