I'm trying to understand if azithral 250mg and azithral 250mg DT are the same thing. If I run out of azithral 250mg DT, is it okay to switch to azithral 250mg, or are they different enough that I should stick with the DT version?

View allI've been dealing with this green cough and cold for the past week, and now I'm starting to feel breathless. Last night, I took a MontekLC tablet based on what worked for me before, but I'm still feeling really weak and it feels like I've got a heavy cold in my head. What do you think I should do? Is there anything else I can try to feel better?
it might be sinuisitis, start steam inhalation

I've been feeling under the weather since this morning after drinking really cold water. My throat's sore and it hurts to swallow anything, plus I feel like I've got a bit of a fever. Could this be a throat infection? What should I do to feel better?
You may have developed a throat infection, also known as pharyngitis. To help alleviate your symptoms, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the fever and throat pain. Additionally, you can use lozenges containing benzocaine or menthol to help numb the throat and make swallowing easier. It is also important to stay hydrated by drinking warm fluids like tea with honey. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
