I'm trying to understand if it's okay for someone who's generally in good health to start taking Zincovit tablets every day to boost their immunity, especially with everything going on with the Covid pandemic. Is it safe to use these daily, or could there be any side effects I should be aware of?

View allMy sister's been dealing with a dry cough for the last couple of days, and she's been taking Benadryl dry cough syrup, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Should we try something else, or do you think we should give the syrup more time to work? Is there anything else we can do to ease her discomfort?
Continue to take Benadryl, and consider starting a course of antibiotics if her cough is accompanied with fever. You may also try some antihistamines to help with any allergic component of her symptoms.
