I'm dealing with constant sneezing and I've got this pain in my chest from coughing so much. Plus, there's this pain in my left arm. What could be going on here? Should I be concerned about these symptoms together?

View allI'm a bit concerned because for the past few days, I've been experiencing a mild fever only in the evenings, along with a heavy feeling in my head and some mild leg pain. I also start feeling cold from evening till morning, but it's weird because there aren't any chills. Could this be related to a change in the weather, or is it something else I should be worried about? Would love to get your thoughts on this.
Your symptoms of mild evening fever, headache, leg pain, and feeling cold without chills could be due to various reasons, including viral infections like influenza or dengue, seasonal flu, or climate change-related allergies, but it's essential to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation,

I'm having some pain around my rib, just under the left breast, but only when I move a certain way. I can walk and sit fine without any pain, but it really hurts when I'm lying down or trying to get up. I've tried using pain relief sprays and balms, but there's been no change. Could this be something serious? What might be causing this pain?
A x-ray chest pa view and ecg is advised to the patient. Tab ibuprofen 400 mg sos for pain is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with this green cough and cold for the past week, and now I'm starting to feel breathless. Last night, I took a MontekLC tablet based on what worked for me before, but I'm still feeling really weak and it feels like I've got a heavy cold in my head. What do you think I should do? Is there anything else I can try to feel better?
it might be sinuisitis, start steam inhalation
