I'm dealing with constant sneezing and I've got this pain in my chest from coughing so much. Plus, there's this pain in my left arm. What could be going on here? Should I be concerned about these symptoms together?

I'm dealing with a sore throat and I'm wondering if it would be better to use Betadine Gargle or if just a salt water gargle is enough?
