I'm dealing with a runny nose for the past two days, and I had fever twice, but it went away after taking paracetamol and Sinarest. The fevers gone, but the runny nose hasnt improved. Do you know what could help with this? I'm sure once the runny nose is gone, I'll feel totally fine.

View allI'm struggling with not being able to stand for long periods, which makes everyday things like food shopping, cooking, cleaning, and even going to the mall or mowing the lawn really exhausting for me. It's starting to worry me. Do you have any advice on what might be causing this or how I can manage it better?
Madam based on the history you have given I think you should know that there are many reasons which causes leg muscle pain like poor nutrition diet causing easy fatigue....vitamin d,calcium, vitamin b12 etc deficiency may be the cause, low haemoglobin is other possibility...musculoskeletal disorders should be ruled out consult nearest physicians for clinical examination they will do the needful.

I recently cut my finger with a new razor blade, and while there wasnt any rust or soil on it, the wound did bleed. I put some Dettol on it, and now it's healed up, but I havent had a tetanus shot in over five years. Should I get the injection right away, or is it okay if I wait a bit?

I'm getting a bit worried because my body temperature tends to climb up to 99-100 degrees F in the evenings, and this has been happening for a few weeks now. Alongside this, I feel some tiredness in my limbs. I did some blood tests for CBC, Dengue, and Typhoid, but everything came back normal. What's making me anxious is that I've noticed my immunity seems to be lower lately since I'm catching the flu and other infections more frequently in the last few months. Any insights on what might be going on with me?
Since your blood tests for CBC, Dengue, and Typhoid came back normal, it's important to consider other possibilities. Your symptoms could be indicative of a chronic infection or an underlying inflammatory condition. Given your recurrent infections and fatigue, I would recommend considering a consultation with a healthcare provider for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can try taking over-the-counter multivitamins to support your immune system. Additionally, you can take a daily dose of Vitamin C (1000mg) and Zinc (25-50mg) to help boost your immunity. Adequate rest, hydration, and a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables can also help support your immune system.
