I've been having these Covid symptoms since this morning and I've already done an RT PCR test. After talking to a doctor on Practo, I started on some meds. My Spo2 levels seem to fluctuate between 93 and 97 on my left index finger, but they read 97-99 on my right index. Is it normal for the oxygen levels to be different on each finger? What's the ideal range I should be looking for? And at what point should I be worried? My fever is currently at 101F.

I'm really concerned about my wife's health. She recently had an ESR test, and her result came back as 40mmhr. Could this indicate that she might have a TB infection? Also, I'm curious to know what the normal ESR range is when there's an infection involved.

An ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) result of 40mmhr is elevated, indicating inflammation or infection, but it's not specific to TB; ESR can be elevated in various conditions, including infections, autoimmune disorders, and cancers; in infections, ESR can range from 20-100 mmhr, but a diagnosis of TB requires additional tests, such as chest X-ray, sputum smear, or PCR; consult a doctor to interpret the results and determine the next course of action.
