I'm trying to understand more about the HbA1c test. Do I have to provide blood samples twice for this test, like a fasting one and another one randomly? Could you explain how this works? I'm a bit confused.

I'm feeling this painful lump on my chest that really hurts when I press on it. I noticed that the muscle there feels uneven and doesn't seem normal compared to the other side.
