The report indicates that your red blood cells are mostly normal in size and color (normocytic, normochromic), but there are also some abnormally large (macrocytes) and oval-shaped cells present. This could suggest a possible vitamin deficiency or other underlying condition. Your hemoglobin level is normal, but the high MCV (mean corpuscular volume) may point to macrocytosis.
