I'm a university student and I've noticed disc-shaped lumps under both nipples on my chest, with the left one being slightly larger. It's causing me a lot of distress and embarrassment. Can this be treated with medication or is surgery the only option?

Pubertal gynecomastia often resolves on its own, but persistent distress may need surgical correction; medication has limited effect once gland is fully developed.

I have a multinodular goiter and my recent scans and FNAC show it's benign but I'm confused about whether I should get surgery now or wait until I have symptoms Some doctors recommend removing it while others say to just monitor it with regular scans Do I really need to do an FNAC every 6 months or can I space it out longer like every few years since it's benign
yes advised.
