I'm a university student and I've noticed disc-shaped lumps under both nipples on my chest, with the left one being slightly larger. It's causing me a lot of distress and embarrassment. Can this be treated with medication or is surgery the only option?

Pubertal gynecomastia often resolves on its own, but persistent distress may need surgical correction; medication has limited effect once gland is fully developed.

I'm newly married and a bit concerned because when we have sex and I ejaculate inside my wife's vagina, the sperm seems to come out. I'm wondering how we can increase our chances of getting pregnant. Any advice?
