I'm using Clindac A for my acne treatment and the Episoft sunscreen. I'm wondering if I can start using the Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser on my face, or is there another face wash youd recommend? I'm a bit unsure about what's best for my skin while on this treatment. Any advice?

I've been dealing with this jock itch kind of skin infection between my thighs for months. It's spreading pretty fast, and I'm really worried. I'm a bit confused about how to use Salytar solution for my dandruff. Should I dampen my hair before applying it, or is it fine to just put it straight on dry hair? And after I apply it, do I need to wash my hair with shampoo or will rinsing with water be enough?

apply it on damp hair and wash it off with water and follow your doctors advice
