I'm using Fucidin cream on my infected nail, but whenever I apply it, I notice blood starts coming out. Is this something to worry about or should I stop using it?

I'm a little worried about switching from isotretinoin capsules to tablets. My dermatologist started me on a 5-month isotretinoin course for moderate to severe acne, and I've been using Saferet 20 mg capsules for 2 months now. But my pharmacist now only has Saferet 20 mg in tablet form. Is there any difference between taking isotretinoin as capsules or tablets? Which one is more effective or better for me? Would love some guidance on this.

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
