I'm using H H DERM cream, but I'm experiencing a stinging sensation now. Should I be worried? Are there any alternatives I should try, and what can I do to help with the stinging?

Melacare cream is advised or local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks, if any side-effecs dermatologist opinion is advised to the pt.
