I'm using Ornigreat gel for my bleeding and swollen gums and I'm also undergoing some screening treatment. Is this gel okay to use for my symptoms? Is there anything else I should be doing?

I've noticed this small, skin tag-like piece of tissue inside my mouth on the cheek side, and it's pretty uncomfortable. Im not sure if I should see a dentist or a doctor about it. Do you have any idea what it could be?
