I'm brushing my teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once after dinner, using Colgate toothpaste and an Oral B brush. I brush for over 10 minutes each time, but I noticed these black spots on my teeth that aren't going away. In fact, they seem to be getting worse and are now on five of my teeth. What could be causing these spots and what can I do about it?

2. Smoking tea coffee tobacco staining.
you need to visit the dentist. brush and paste is just a medium to clean your teeth. Only brushing proper way does the cleaning. don't believe in TV adds they show all blah blah.. visit nearest general dentist. all the best for happy smiling
