I've been noticing blood in my saliva when I wake up in the morning for the past couple of months, but it doesn't happen during the day. Could this be related to my gums? What would be the best way to treat or manage this?

I've had a tongue ulcer for about three days now. It's on the lower right side and doesn't hurt much unless I touch it. I've been using zytee gel, but it hasn't helped yet and I'm starting to get worried. Could this be an early sign of oral cancer? I've also got some broken teeth and other dental issues. Any advice?

I'm dealing with an issue where one of my premolars on the bottom right has partly broken, with half of it still stuck in there. I'm trying to figure out what would be the best lasting and comfy solution. Should I go for a dental implant or a bridge? Also, I'd love to know how much each option might cost. Any advice would be great!
