Question
I'm usually pretty regular with my periods, getting them on or before the due date. But this time, it's come a week late, and what's really worrying me is that I'm passing unusually large blood clots along with the normal bleeding. The amount of blood is also way more than I usually get. Is it normal to have clots like this, or should I be concerned about something?

Pre-Teen Exposure to Explicit Content and Involuntary Ejaculation
Normal Physiological Response
- Puberty and hormonal changes: At 12 years old, your brother is undergoing significant hormonal changes, which can lead to increased sensitivity and unpredictable physiological responses.
- Involuntary ejaculation: It's not uncommon for pre-teens to experience involuntary ejaculation, especially during sleep or in response to unexpected stimuli.
Concerns and Recommendations
- Talk to your brother: Have an open and honest conversation with your brother about what happened, ensuring he understands it's a normal physiological response.
- Address exposure to explicit content: Discuss the implications of exposure to explicit content at a young age and encourage responsible mobile phone use.
- Monitor and guide: Keep a close eye on your brother's behavior and provide guidance on healthy relationships, boundaries, and online safety.
- Consult a pediatrician or counselor: If you're concerned about your brother's response or if he's experiencing emotional distress, consider consulting a pediatrician or a counselor specializing in adolescent development.
