I'm waking up every day with a cold and a runny nose, and it's really making it hard for me to focus on my studies. My head hurts and my eyes feel so heavy. I used to drink lemon water in the morning but stopped recently. Could you give me some advice on what I should do?

I'm wondering if it's better to take a diclomol tablet for pain before or after meals. Also, what does SOS mean in medical terms?

Sharp, bee-sting-like pains can be alarming. *Possible Causes:* 1. Nerve irritation or compression 2. Muscle cramps or spasms 3. Peripheral neuropathy 4. Blood circulation issues 5. Vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels) 6. Neurological conditions (e.g., multiple sclerosis, neuropathy) 7. Electromyogram (EMG) abnormalities

Got stung by bees last night on my hand, and it swelled and burned for a couple of hours. I used ice, honey, and a baking soda paste, which helped calm it down. By this morning, there's still some pain and swelling, but it's minimal and not very noticeable. I didn't have any allergic reaction to the sting. Should I consider getting a tetanus shot?

you probably don't need a tetanus shot after bee stings. However, if you have any concerns or if the condition worsens (for example, if theres increasing redness, pain, or pus), its always best to check in with a healthcare provider for further advice.

I'm curious about the long-term effects of working night shifts. I've been at it for over three years, and I've read that it can cause physical health issues over time. Is that true? If so, how serious can these problems get? Also, are there any specific precautions I can take to minimize these health risks?

Yes night shift duties would cause lack sleep and rest which leads to serious problems like high cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, acidity etc.,manage your sleep schedule in a healthy way and take adequate rest
