I'm waking up every morning with a super watery nose and it's making it hard for me to breathe. I know I have asthma and bronchitis at a minor stage, and I've been using Budamate 400 rotacap to help with my breathing. Is there anything else I should be doing or any advice you could give?

Im a 41-year-old guy and lately, I've been really struggling with breathing. It doesn't matter if I'm just sitting, standing, talking, walking, or pretty much doing anything - it's like I'm always short of breath. A month ago, I had some pain on the left side of my chest and ended up doing a bunch of tests like ECG, Stress Echo, and a chest X-ray, but everything came back normal. I'm really puzzled and kind of worried. Why do you think I might be feeling this way?

I'm really worried about my dad. I've attached his recent chest CT scan, and I'm hoping you can help explain what's going on. He was diagnosed with COPD last year, and I'm not sure how this scan relates to that. What should I be looking out for?
