I'm genuinely concerned about my aunt who's dealing with COPD and sleep apnea. Her sleep is really disrupted and her oxygen levels drop significantly during the night, hitting a low of 67 from her normal 92-94. We had a sleep study done and it showed issues like obstructive apneas, hypopneas, and hypoventilation, all causing serious drops in her oxygen levels and messing up her sleep. She stayed in sinus rhythm all night, which I'm not sure is a good or bad sign. She's also having trouble breathing in general and seems to be struggling with her weight.
