I'm wondering about my situation with TB. I've been on the AKT 4 kit for 35 days now and have kept myself quarantined this whole time, always wearing a mask. Is it safe for me to stop wearing the mask and be around my family? I'm just a bit anxious about making sure I'm not putting them at risk.

I've been smoking for about three years now and every time I light up, I start feeling this weird pain on the right side of my chest, near where my thymus is. I'm trying to understand my recent chest X-ray results a bit better. It mentioned that my bilateral lung fields show prominent broncho vascular markings, both hila are likely vascular and prominent, and there's a blunted right CP angle due to pleural effusion or pleural thickening. Should I be worried about these findings? What do these terms really mean for my lung health?
