I'm wondering, how common is lymph node TB in India? And is it true that if someone has a relapse of lymph node TB, it always turns into the MDR form? I'm trying to understand how serious this could be.

I'm really concerned because I've been on medication for the past three days, and I still have a 99.5-degree temperature. My test results showed that both typhoid and dengue IgM are weakly positive. Could there be something else going on, or is this type of fever expected? I'm not sure if I should be worried or if this is normal recovery.

You are on the right side no need to worry it takes time for the medicine to act and the infection to come under control, consume bland diet and stay hydrated.

I'm really worried about the test results. The Widal test came back positive with Typhi O at 140, Typhi H at 180, and both Typhi AH and BH at 120. I'm not sure if this points to typhoid or malaria. Could you help me understand what these results mean?

Widal test results indicate a positive result for typhoid fever. The positive results for Typhi O and Typhi H suggest a recent or current infection with Salmonella typhi bacteria. To treat typhoid fever, I recommend a course of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin. It is important to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest during the treatment period. Remember to consult a physician before starting any new medication.
