I'm wondering how much of the Evion capsules a person without any health concerns should be taking and for how long it's safe to continue this. Is there a standard recommendation, or should I be cautious about any side effects if used over a certain period?

I'm really concerned about the pain I've been having in my leg muscles for the past couple of years. My blood pressure keeps fluctuating between 160110 and 12586, but I really want to avoid taking any meds for it because I think I can change my lifestyle to control it. Also, my vitamin D level is at 8.0, and I noticed my cholesterol total is 218, with LDL at 157. What steps should I take to address these issues and improve my overall health?
