I'm wondering how to take Mucinac 600. The doctor mentioned dissolving it in water, but I forgot to ask if I should use normal or hot water. Also, what exactly does it help with?

View allI'm feeling like my chest and lungs are always tight, especially after jogging or even just walking, I don't feel any relief or openness. I usually just smoke 1 to 2 cigarettes a day and drink alcohol on Sundays, but this tight feeling in my lungs just doesn't go away. Could this be related to my smoking habits or maybe something else? I'm a bit worried and would love some advice.
take a chest xray and proceed

I've been having a really bad cough with lots of white phlegm, and my doctor recommended I take Cepodem XP 325. It's not getting better though, so I'm wondering if it's okay to add Pulmoclear along with Cepodem. What do you think?
It's best to consult your doctor before adding Pulmoclear with Cepodem XP 325, as combining medications may need careful consideration. If your cough persists, a follow-up with your doctor might help to adjust your treatment plan.
