I'm wondering if bronchitis can be detected with a blood test, or if there are other tests that could help identify it. I'm looking for a quick and straightforward way to get a diagnosis. Any advice?

-
Role of Blood Tests in Bronchitis
- Blood tests, like a Complete Blood Count (CBC), are not typically used to diagnose bronchitis but can help assess infection severity or rule out other conditions.
-
Common Diagnostic Methods for Bronchitis
- Diagnosis usually involves a physical exam and listening to the lungs with a stethoscope.
- Chest X-rays may be used to exclude pneumonia or other lung issues.
- Sputum tests can identify infections if a productive cough is present.
-
Quick and Straightforward Diagnosis Approach
- Visit a healthcare provider for a clinical evaluation. Diagnosis is mainly based on symptoms and a physical exam.
-
When to Seek Further Testing or Specialist Care
- Seek further testing or a pulmonologist referral if symptoms persist or worsen, or if there are signs of a more serious condition.

I'm feeling a bit uneasy again and have a bit of kapham. I was on Azithromycin for four days about two weeks ago, but now I'm taking this Resprilguaiphenesinambroxoltibul syrup, 5ml in the morning and at night, along with cetrizen at night, but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm wondering if I can go back to using Azithromycin, and add montelucast along with Levocetirizine? I'm not sure if that's a good mix or if it'll help. Can you advise?

I'm having this odd itching sensation in my left lung, just above my abdomen area. It's not there all the time, but when it hits, it really bothers me. There's nothing else going on symptom-wise that I've noticed. Could this be something I should worry about? What's possibly causing it?
Tab allegra 120 mg orally bedtime for 14 days is advised .if itching persists dermat opinion .
