I'm wondering if the Himalaya face wash can effectively clean my skin's daily impurities during winter. My skin tends to get a bit dry and sensitive in the colder months, so I'm curious if this face wash will still keep my skin clear without making it feel too tight or stripped. Is it gentle enough for winter use, or should I consider something else?

I'm wondering how long I can safely continue using Fucibet Cream on my forehead for a skin infection. The cream has been helping, but it's been two weeks now, and there's still a bit of the infection left. Should I keep applying it, or would it be better to stop? If stopping is the best option, what else should I try?

I'm dealing with lichen planus pigmentosus and have been for about two years now. Its still pretty active because I keep noticing new pigmentation, especially on my hands. I've got it on my face, neck, and arms too. I tried phototherapy, but it just made things darker, so I stopped that. I've been using Pynormax Tx Depiwhite on my face and neck, and Hydroquinone 5% solution on my hands. I'm also taking Xamic 500mg daily. How long can I keep using all these without worrying about side effects? And with the condition still active, would Glycopeel be a good option for my face and neck?
yes u can use it, visit ur physician for apprpropriate managent
