I'm wondering if I should rely on an oximeter for checking my oxygen levels. Is it always accurate, and can I trust it for regular use?

I just got my x-ray results back and it says there's prominence of broncho markings in both of my lungs. I'm currently dealing with bronchitis and taking medication for it. Is there a chance this condition could be reversed? Also, I decided to quit smoking right after seeing the x-ray. Would love to know your thoughts on all this!

I'm a 24-year-old male and a few months ago I had some serious chest pain. I got an X-ray done back then and it showed something like blunting of the anterior CP angle on the lateral view. The pain went away after taking antibiotics. Fast forward to now, Ive been dealing with diarrhea for about a month and when I visited the doctor, he suggested a range of tests something like re blood, RBS, LFT, Montoux test, colonoscopy, and a chest X-ray. Turns out, the chest X-ray looks the same as it did five months ago. Could you help me understand what's going on? Should I be worried that the X-ray hasnt changed?

Ive been having this issue where I constantly feel the need to take deep breaths, and its starting to worry me. I consider myself pretty healthy since I can handle long-distance runs, play football for an hour, and even work out in the gym regularly. So, its confusing why Im experiencing this.
