I'm wondering if I should rely on an oximeter for checking my oxygen levels. Is it always accurate, and can I trust it for regular use?

I've been dealing with a cough for about 20 days now. It's gotten a bit better, but my x-ray showed something called bilateral broncho vascular prominence. Can you explain what that means? What should I do next? I'm kinda worried about it.
That could be non specific bronchitis no need to worry consume warm foods and take tab. montair Lc daily night for 10 days that would help you

I'm dealing with a lung issue here. My right lung got injured because I was coughing a lot, and the doctor had to operate and put a tube in. Now it's healed up, but the x-ray shows my right lung is full of water. Is there a way to get rid of it with just medicine? What should I do?
Patient is advised pleural tap and pleural fluid for ADA, and microscopy,culture and sensitivity tests.Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
