I'm wondering if Mecobal Plus can be used as a substitute for Lacto B Forte capsules for treating blisters. Could you help me understand if that's a possible option?

I've been using Betnovate cream for nearly two weeks, and instead of improving, the pimples and marks on my face have gotten much worse. I don't usually have acne, but I do have some pimple marks on my face, and my skin is really sensitive and oily. Could this cream be making things worse? What should I do now?
