I'm wondering if Mederma could actually help with some scars and old burn marks I've got on my thighs. They've been there a while, and I've just got these persistent spots that won't seem to go away. Do you think this cream would work for something like that?

It is likely a case of Tinea cruris, also known as jock itch. Terbinaforce is a good choice for treating fungal infections. It contains Terbinafine which is effective against various types of fungi. The usual dosage for Terbinaforce is to apply a thin layer on the affected area once daily for 2 to 4 weeks. Additionally, using Candid powder in the morning and Clocip B cream at night is a good combination for managing the symptoms. Candid powder contains Clotrimazole which is an antifungal agent, and Clocip B cream contains Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone which helps in reducing inflammation and itching.
