When I went to Lenskart for new glasses due to scratches on my current pair, they said my right eye power is now 4.5. Given that my power is already high and I don't feel any discomfort, should I actually switch to this new prescription? Also, I've always used regular fiber lenses without the blue ray coating that I got from another store. Is it necessary to switch to blue ray lenses now, especially since I spend the whole day working on a computer? Lastly, I just learned about cylindrical power being different too. Does this mean I need a completely different prescription for my specs?
