I'm wondering if Moxishield KT eye drops contain steroids. Could these drops cause any side effects, like problems with the heart or issues with breathing and swallowing?

View allI'm a bit puzzled and could really use some advice. My previous prescription was RE 4.25 and LE 3.75. When I went to Lenskart for new glasses due to scratches on my current pair, they said my right eye power is now 4.5. Given that my power is already high and I don't feel any discomfort, should I actually switch to this new prescription? Also, I've always used regular fiber lenses without the blue ray coating that I got from another store. Is it necessary to switch to blue ray lenses now, especially since I spend the whole day working on a computer? Lastly, I just learned about cylindrical power being different too. Does this mean I need a completely different prescription for my specs?

I've been dealing with high myopia with SPH powers of 7.50 and 7.25, and more recently, I was told I have a CYL of 1.50. While my SPH has been pretty stable, the CYL is new, and I'm not sure if it's settled down yet. I'm thinking about getting surgery to fix my vision but I'm unsure about which option is right for me. Would Lasik work, or should I be considering ICL or Contoura instead?

I'm worried about these retinal holes and tears I've got, and I'm really hoping there's a way to manage them without going through laser treatment. Do you think homeopathy could be effective for this? And if it's possible, how long would it take to see any results? I'm just trying to explore all my options here.
Retinal holes and tears require prompt conventional medical attention, and homeopathy is not a recommended or evidence-based treatment for these conditions; laser treatment or surgery are the standard treatments to prevent vision loss, and delaying treatment can lead to retinal detachment and permanent vision loss; homeopathic treatment may not be effective in closing retinal holes or tears, and it's crucial to consult an ophthalmologist
