I'm wondering if my fair is good because I have some black areas around my neck and on my forehead. If this is normal or healthy, I'm thinking of starting to use some kind of cream. Can you give me some advice on whether I should be concerned or if starting a cream would be a good idea?

I'm really struggling with a mouth ulcer that's been bothering me for the past three months. I've tried seeing a few different doctors, and they've prescribed a bunch of meds like Becosules, Oflox 200, Glenora gel, Lerobaet 500, Oraways gel, and Zincovit tablets. I've attached an image, but nothing seems to be working, and it's getting really uncomfortable. Any idea why this is happening or what else I can try for some relief?

I'm looking for something to help brighten my underarm area. Do you think I could use Glyaha Koj there? I'm a bit worried about whether it might harm or worsen the situation. Would love to know what you think!
