I'm wondering if Tivenca gel can be used instead of Papulex for my face, and if it's safe to leave on overnight. Could you let me know if that's okay?

Tivenca gel is not a direct replacement for Papulex for the face. Papulex is specifically formulated for acne-prone skin and contains ingredients like nicotinamide and zinc PCA to help control excess oil production and reduce inflammation. Tivenca gel, on the other hand, is primarily used for the treatment of various skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It is best to consult with a dermatologist to determine the most suitable treatment for your skin condition. For acne treatment, you can consider using Papulex gel on the affected areas of the face in the evening before bedtime. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of the gel and leave it on overnight for best results.

View allI'm really concerned about some changes I've noticed on the skin of my penis head. It's been about 1.5 years and I've developed wrinkles in that area ever since I got married. Before marriage, I had this one encounter at a spa involving dry humping and a hand jobno actual intercourse. Since getting married, I've completely stopped any such activities. Could these changes in the skin be an STD, or are they possibly a result of having intercourse with my wife? There's no burning or redness, but I'm worried and would appreciate some advice. I've also taken some pictures to help explain my situation.
normal.

Can I use Dermadew soap on my face? I've been struggling with acne there. When I had back acne, this soap really worked miracles and cleared it up. Now that the acne's on my face, I'm wondering if it would be safe and effective to use it there too. On top of that, Im dealing with atopic dermatitis on my face as well. Could using the soap worsen this skin issue?
yes continue the medications as advised by the dermatologist.

I'm a bit worried about having molluscum contagiosum in my private area. Is it considered dangerous, or can it be treated without any medical intervention? If treatment is needed, what are the best ways to treat molluscum?
Molluscum contagiosum in the private area is not usually dangerous but can be bothersome. Treatment options include topical medications such as imiquimod cream or podophyllotoxin solution. In some cases, cryotherapy or curettage may be necessary to remove the lesions. For oral treatment, cimetidine may be prescribed in some cases. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.
