I'm wondering why we should drink Becosules syrup. Is it actually good for our health? Are there any specific benefits of taking it? Can you give me some insight into this, please?

Missing a dose by 1-2 days is generally not a significant concern. You can take the 4th dose on the 17th. However, it's essential to consult with your doctor or the clinic where you received the previous shots to confirm and ensure you're protected against rabies.

I'm wondering if it's okay to take multivitamins and an energy drink at the same time? I don't want to overdo it or cause any unexpected side effects. Can mixing these together be harmful, or is it generally safe?

I've been experiencing a mild fever every evening for the past week, usually staying under 100, mostly around 99. But then it seems to return to normal by the next morning. I've also had occasional headaches, though my stomach feels okay. I had a CBC and urine ESR done, and everything came back fine. What could possibly be causing this?

Sounds like you may be experiencing a low-grade fever in the evenings, along with occasional headaches. Since your CBC, urine, and ESR tests are normal, it is less likely to be due to an infection. One possible reason for your symptoms could be a viral infection. I recommend taking Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every evening when you have a fever. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.
