I'm wondering why we should drink Becosules syrup. Is it actually good for our health? Are there any specific benefits of taking it? Can you give me some insight into this, please?

Missing a dose by 1-2 days is generally not a significant concern. You can take the 4th dose on the 17th. However, it's essential to consult with your doctor or the clinic where you received the previous shots to confirm and ensure you're protected against rabies.

View allI'm really concerned about my husband's health. He recently got his blood test results and his B12 level is really low at 119. The doctor recommended he take a Hosit tablet every day and mix Convales powder in water. He's been following this regimen for the past 10 days, but he hasn't noticed any improvement. We're wondering if this is the right treatment plan or if he should have had an injection to quickly get his B12 levels up to around 300. What do you think?
The prescribed medications, Hosit (cyanocobalamin) tablets and Convales powder, are oral supplements aimed at increasing vitamin B12 levels; however, given your husband's severe deficiency (119), an injection course might be more effective in rapidly raising levels to the desired range (200-300); consult his doctor to discuss the possibility of switching to injectable B12 or adding it to his current oral regimen.

I was recently told I have a low vitamin B12 level, something like 179 pgml, and my cholesterol is kind of borderline too. Lately, I've been feeling really tired, can't focus, and sometimes I get confused or even have trouble keeping my balance. Do you think I should start taking B12 supplements? If so, could you recommend a good one? I'm kind of worried about these symptoms.

I've been dealing with a cold, fever, and a respiratory cough and the pharmacist suggested I take paracetamol and Novaclav 625, twice daily for two days. However, I've already taken it for three days now. I'm wondering, how many days is it safe or recommended to continue taking Novaclav 625?
Novaclav 625, a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, is typically prescribed for 5-7 days for respiratory infections, so taking it for only 3 days may not be sufficient to fully clear the infection,
