I'm working in a school and recently had typhoid fever. I got treatment through Ayurvedic medicine, but now I need a medical certificate for it. Can I get a certificate for having undergone this form of treatment? Would it be considered valid?

I had gotten the Covishield vaccine and about 12 hours later, I started experiencing chills and fever. I took Dolo a few times at around 10:30 pm, 3 am, 7:45 am, and 1 pm. However, by 6, I still had body pain and fever, so I took Meftal Forte. Someone mentioned to me that taking Meftal Forte was not a good idea. Fortunately, most of my symptoms are gone now, just a slight ache remains. Could you please let me know if it was okay to take Meftal Forte in this situation? I'm feeling a bit worried about it.
