I'm really worried about Manoj Asthana. He's dealing with a serious lung issue and was COVID-positive about ten days ago, but thankfully, his test is negative now. I've got asthma and just bought a new tablet called Monticope Montelukast with levocetirizine dihydrochloride, but I've been using Levozing Lm Montelukast with levocetirizine hydrochloride for a while now. I'm a bit confused about the difference between dihydrochloride and hydrochloride. Does it make a difference, and is it safe to switch to this new tablet?
