I'm worried about my 4-year-old daughter who's been feeling unwell. She's 15 kg and I've heard about Combiflam syrup. Could you please let me know the right dose and dosage for her age and weight? I'm really concerned and want to make sure I'm giving her the right amount.

My daughter has had a fever for the last five days, and we're really worried. We visited Rainbow, but it didn't seem to help much. Can you give some advice on what we should do next? Shes dealing with fever, a bad cold, and a cough. Were giving her medicine and doing sponge baths, which seem to help a bit, but at night her temperature still shoots up to 102. What else can we do?

I'm worried because my 14-month-old daughter has had a cold and cough for the last month, and her doctor told us to use Duolin respules in a nebulizer for her. I've heard that this is usually for asthma and other conditions, so I'm not sure if it's the right treatment. Can you give me some advice on this?
The condition could be Bronchitis or Bronchiolitis that is the reason why your doctor prescribed respules,no harm in using tthose you can use them.
