I'm worried about my uric acid levels and really need some advice on managing it. Could you tell me which foods I should be eating and which ones to avoid in my diet to keep my uric acid in check? Also, if my uric acid levels go up, how can I reduce the pain that comes with it?

I recently got my blood and urine tests done for insurance purposes, and the results are a bit concerning. The report says my ESR, which I believe stands for erythrocyte sedimentation rate, is high. Plus, there's some abnormal protein showing up in my urine. I'm not quite sure what all this means. Could you help me understand what's going on and what steps I should take to bring these readings back to normal?

I've been noticing this issue with my calf muscles for almost a year now. Every night when I lie down to sleep, I feel this persistent pain in my leg, and it's even worse during the winter months. The discomfort just doesn't seem to go away. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I can find some relief?

. Calf pain is usually due to venous insufficiency, muscle strain due to abnormal posture or stress, rarely even arterial insufficiency. It will need detailed clinical examination. Also investigations like venous or arterial doppler might be needed is venous or arterial insufficiency is suspected. So kindly consult a general surgeon
