I'm worried about my weight, which is 129.5 kg, and currently, I'm taking medication like telma amgp 1 and att dots for about 3.6 months from a government hospital. Lately, I've had anxiety attacks and occasional breathing problems. I've done a crona igmrapid test which came back negative, and other tests like cbclftkftlipid. My hemoglobin is 12.6, and triglycerides are at 199. Everything seems normal, but I'm concerned about how to increase my spo2 levels. Can you please help me with this?

View allI've been hearing mixed things about steaming and its effectiveness for people affected by corona. Some sources like blogs and newspapers say it doesn't help at all, while debates on news channels and YouTube videos also suggest it's not beneficial. I'm really confused and concerned. Could you shed some light on whether steaming is actually useful for someone dealing with corona?
taking steam is quite helpful

Along with that, there's this chest tightness and throat pressure that starts to increase the more I walk. Could this be related to asthma, even though I don't have a history of smoking or other illnesses like diabetes or hypertension? I've attached the documents I'm using my inhaler as needed, which is a Firacot 200, but I'm not sure what else I should do to stop these symptoms. Any advice?

After smoking for 6 years, I've managed to quit and haven't touched a cigarette for the past 9 months. I'm really curious and a bit worried about whether the tar has cleared from my lungs by now. If it's still there, how long will it take to fully clear out? Do you think my lungs will ever be as healthy as they were before I started smoking?
yes it will become normal , it will almost take a year
