I'm a bit worried about my CT report that mentions I have a soft tissue pleural-based nodular lesion in the left upper lobe. It's measuring about 27x18x30 mm. I'm not sure if I should go for a biopsy or a PET scan next. Could you advise on what might be the best course of action?

View allI've got a bit of a concern and would love some insight. So, around 15 years ago, I dealt with pleural effusion, but everything got sorted out with the treatment, and I haven't really had any lung issues since. Now, I've been told to take Montair for about 4 months because my IGE levels are up and I've got this moderate cough. I'm just wondering if taking Montair might cause any side effects related to the lungs? Is it genuinely safe to keep taking it for about 5 months? Just want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything.
Montair LC (montelukast and levocetirizine) is generally safe for long-term use in managing allergic conditions and cough. Given your history of pleural effusion, it's important to monitor your lung health, but the medication typically does not have direct harmful effects on the lungs. Always follow your doctor's advice and report any unusual symptoms.

I'm reviewing the HRCT thorax report and noticed a few lymph nodes in the paratracheal region and some fibrotic opacity in the lateral basal segment of the right lower lobe of the lungs. Should I be concerned? Is this a normal finding?
it is not normal , consult near by physician

I've been dealing with this choking sensation for almost a year now, and it really feels like I'm short of breath. I end up coughing a lot, trying to make it better, and it kind of feels like I'm going to vomit, but nothing ever comes outno vomiting, no sputum. I haven't had any fever either. I got a chest X-ray done a couple of days ago and everything seemed normal, and about five months ago, I had an HD Chest Scan, 2D Echo, and another X-rayall normal too. I'm taking Montek LC half a tablet at night and using an inhaler, but nothing's helping. What could this be?
take syrup ascoril twice a day for 5 days
