I'm a bit worried about my CT report that mentions I have a soft tissue pleural-based nodular lesion in the left upper lobe. It's measuring about 27x18x30 mm. I'm not sure if I should go for a biopsy or a PET scan next. Could you advise on what might be the best course of action?

View allI've noticed some blood in my sputum, but I don't have any pain in my throat or chest. What could be causing this?
Coughing up blood, also known as hemoptysis, can be caused by several factors such as an infection, bronchitis, or even nasal bleeding. If there's no pain in your throat or chest, it could be due to mild irritation or inflammation in the airways. However, it's important to get it checked by a doctor to rule out any serious conditions.

I've been dealing with asthma for about 10 years now, and it's really frustrating. I don't smoke or drink, and I eat meat, but I'm always just resorting to my inhaler. My family doc thinks it's just an allergy, but I'm really hoping to find a way to get past this. Do you have any insights on how I might be able to cure or better manage my asthma?
there's no permanent cure ,you should avoid the allergic agent

I'm a TB patient and I've been on government-prescribed medicine for 22 days now, but I haven't noticed any improvement. Should I consider switching to a private treatment option?
