I'm a bit worried about my CT report that mentions I have a soft tissue pleural-based nodular lesion in the left upper lobe. It's measuring about 27x18x30 mm. I'm not sure if I should go for a biopsy or a PET scan next. Could you advise on what might be the best course of action?

View allI've been dealing with this persistent cough coming from deep in my lungs for 12 minutes straight, around 56 times a day. There's no fever, and it's not a wet cough. I went to a physician who ran a chest X-ray, blood reports, and urine test, but everything came back normal. They suggested I take Pantoprazole and Domperidone, Doxycycline, Diethylcarbamazine (100mg Hetrazan), and Levocetirizine with Montelukast (Montecope) for 5 days. After that, the doctor told me to keep going with Hetrazan and Montecope for another 10 days. Should I be concerned about something underlying that wasn't picked up in the tests? Is there anything else I should consider doing or asking about?

I've been dealing with some thick sputum lately, and it's got this slightly brown tint to it. I had a chest X-ray done, and it came back normal, but I'm still a bit worried because I had a cold about three weeks ago. Do you think I should be concerned about what's causing it, or is it just leftover from the cold?

I'm really worried and need to find the best hospital in India for sarcoidosis treatment. I've already looked into Fortis Hospital in Kolkata, so are there any other great options you could recommend? Also, how can I get in touch with them?
