I'm worried about this small hole on my back that's been causing me some trouble lately. It hurts a bit and sometimes pus comes out, along with a really unpleasant smell. It's been going on for a few months now. Should I be worried? What could this be, and do I need to see a doctor?

I've been dealing with vitiligo and have been using tacroz and Melbild for around 11 months now. It's helped quite a bit with reducing my patches. I started off with 0.1 tacroz but now I'm down to 0.03, and use it about 2-3 times a week. I avoid putting it on my legs and only apply it to my arms and scalp. I'm wondering if it's safe to keep using these products like this. I also take a week off every month. Do you think this is okay or should I be doing something different?

I'm really confused about my recent test results. About a month ago, I tested positive for HSV 1 with the IgG test, but when I got tested again this month for both HSV 1 and 2, the HSV 1 IgG test came back negative. Is it normal for the results to change like this, or could something have gone wrong with the tests?
