I'm worried because I ejaculate too early and I'm concerned my penis might be smaller and weaker than normal. It's less than 5 inches, which is making me anxious. Can you advise on whether this is something I should be really worried about or if there are any ways to improve this situation?

I've been feeling a burning sensation right after peeing for the past week, and the tip of my penis has been itching. I also have itching in my underarms, between my thighs, and around my scrotum could this be a fungal or bacterial infection spreading from one area to another? I've been using soap and powder to manage it, but the itching at the tip won't go away. Also, I have a tight foreskin (phimosis) and noticed a red, curved line from my shaft to the head when I pulled it back. I'm really nervous about surgery and talking to my parents what can I do to stop the itching and manage the tight foreskin? Are there stretching exercises that could help?

Tomorrow is my circumcision surgery and I smoke about 34 cigarettes a day. I had my last smoke at 8:30 pm today and the surgery is at 9:30 am tomorrow. Is stopping smoking 13 hours before the procedure okay or should I be worried about any risks?
