I'm worried because I found some tiny holes in the packet of rice and noodles and I'm thinking it might be from a rat. If I cook the rice and noodles really well, is it still safe to eat them? I'm just unsure if cooking alone would make them okay, considering the rat aspect. Can you help me figure this out?

I'm feeling really stressed because for the past five months I've been having this constant feeling of my body being hot to the touch, but all my HIV tests have turned out negative. I've done the p24 test, the Western Blot, and the HIV PCR RNA Quantitative. It's really concerning me because I also feel like I have an internal fever. Could there be something else causing these symptoms or should I be looking into other tests? What steps should I take next?

It's important to seek help and talk to someone about what you're going through. In terms of the fever, if it has been persistent and you're feeling unwell, you may need to consider taking some medication to help reduce the fever. You can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed for fever. However, it's crucial to address the underlying issues causing you distress. Please reach out to a mental health professional or counselor for support.
