My sister, who's 27, just got a positive result from the rapid Covid test, but we're still waiting on her RTPCR report. I'm kinda worried and unsure about the next steps. What type of doctor should we talk to? What should we be doing right now?

My mom got the Covishield vaccine for Covid19 about a week ago, and even after 7 days, she's still having a swollen, painful, and tight feeling where she got the shot. We've tried using Thormophob tube and given her zero Dolphy, but it doesn't seem to be getting much better. I'm really worried and could use some advice on what tablet or cream might help. Also, she has Type 2 diabetes, so I'm not sure if that's affecting how she's healing. What can we do to help her feel better?
Looks like injection site reaction.Apply ice pack at site of injection.

I'm a bit confused about the medication I was prescribed. Should I be taking the ifin 500 and hhlevo M before or after I eat? It's not clear on the label, and I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Would love some guidance on this.
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
