I've been experiencing some discomfort with vaginal itching and have noticed rashes in that area. It's also swollen, and I'm really not sure what to do about it. Could you recommend any medicines or ointments that might help with this?

If the itching and swelling are localized to the external area, you can apply clotrimazole (an antifungal cream) or hydrocortisone (a mild anti-inflammatory) externally. These can help reduce itching and swelling.
