I'm worried because I've been having stomach problems for the past month. Every time I eat, I quickly get this gas build-up, and it feels like I constantly need to release it. Plus, my bowel movements have increasedI'm going about 4 to 5 times a day. What could be causing this, and how should I handle it?

I've been diagnosed with Laryngopharyngeal Reflux and I'm currently taking the prescribed medication. I'm a bit confused and worried because I was diagnosed just by the doctor looking into my throat. Is that normal for an LPR diagnosis? My symptoms include frequent coughing, a lot of saliva, and irritation in my throat. I'm particularly concerned about the redness in my throat. Is that a common symptom of LPR? How long does it usually take for my throat to heal from this condition? The doctor advised me to take RABESEC D SR once daily for 20 days, but I'm still feeling anxious about all this. Also, is it okay to take Gaviscon Peppermint? I'd really appreciate any advice as I'm quite concerned about my health.

That could be GERD avoid late night eating and consume bland diet and maintain healthy lifestyle.
